Ruptured cyst in breast

Upon examination by Ultrasound, the radiologist told me she saw a solid mass inside the cyst. I had a Needle Core Biopsy down five days ago and I felt fine but in the past two days, I've begun to have specific pain in my breast that wasn't there before..There isn't any redness or discharge. Should I call the doctor?  I thought perhaps they had ruptured the cyst when they did the biopsy and perhaps it's draining inside my breast???.

I would certainly call your Dr. but I don't think there would be any harm if the cyst were ruptured. This is done rather than removal on some occasions. This could be a complex cyst from your description but you should have your biopsy results very soon. The pain could very well be just from the trauma of the biopsy.    Regards ....
