Scar Tissue Breast Pain

by Nikiwan, Oct 23, 2009 01:05PM
For a while I am having a new pain in my right breast more so under my right arm leading to my breast when I am waking up and I start moving. It feels like someting is tearring in my breast. I assume it must be scar tissue. I cannot feel a lump anywhere but I keep waking up with this strange sizzling tearring sensational feeling. Should I be worried? I have my annual check ups and I am a woman of 52 years old.

Dear Nikiwan, Over the internet without ability to evaluate including physical examination it is difficult to say what is causing your discomfort.  It is best to bring this to the attention of your doctor who can evaluate in context of your situation.
