Scar Tissue and Breast Cancer

About 24 years ago, I did breast implant and have a small micro lump in my breast since I was twenty years old.
Recently I had done some biopsy and was no result  of any  cancer cell but the breast surgeon is insist to remove part of my breast tissue due to scar she found.
Do you think scar tissue can cause a cancer cell? Scar tissue is as result of my breast implant.

Dear Ota99:  Without evaluation, it is impossible for us to speculate on what might be going on in your breast.  Most surgeons do not remove parts of breast tissue without a reason.  Our suggestion is to have a discussion with your surgeon.  If you remain concerned, consider a second opinion.
