Scared to wait 6 months

I recently had my 1st mamogram (mammogram) and was sent back for compression views.  These showed better dispersion on the underlying parenchyma with resolution of the density.  However, nodularity was demonstrated within the upper outer aspect of the LT Breast.  While there they decided to US.  The findings were left breast:  several hypoechoic masses noted.  They measure from 9.6mm x 9mm down to 5mm x 4.9mm.   There were 7 measured.  Also a intrammary lymph node  at the 2:30 postion that measures 7mm x 3.6mm.  The right breast show few small cysts and clusters of cysts other wise remarkable.  Assessment:  Probably benign.    It seems to me a lot is going on in my LT breast.  I can not feel anything by self exam.  Should I not have a biopsy to confirm?    My mother died of lymphoma at age 40.  Cancer has hit every generation of my family in one form or the other.  My sister had a complete hysterectomy at age 24 she is now 42.  I'm very black/white and can handle anything.   I just like to know what I'm dealing with so I can hit it straight on.  I don't like the gray areas very much.

If it were me, I would want something more definitive than "probably benign".  Have you discussed your concerns with the doc?  Who is making the decisions...your primary, gyn, or a breast surgeon?  If you are uncomfortable with waiting, don't. Can any of the cysts be aspirated.  Less invasive than a biopsy.
