Serious problems with tearing up from the inscision, can this be fixed and cut loose?

I had a bilaterl tram flap in 2002. During my first visit to my Dr,after surgery, there was an opening in the insicion, and the dr just put a butterfly bandage on it. in the month following the small opening opened up to about 4 inches wide, and "tore up past my new naval. my husband spent weeks of saline solution cleanse, plus using a qtip, poked it down into the now 2 holes. One beside my naval, and one at the inscision line, A total opening of a huge looking sore. Black in parts, red flesh and yellow. My breasts looked the same. The Doctor returned from an out of country, and I was on my way to surgery again. He had kept saying all the time, Give it time to heal itself, it didnt. During surger the second time, he removed all the bad stuff, covered my breasts with skin graft from my leg.He had to close the mesh and skin tighter and I had no skin left to stretch  I had a triangle sore on my stomach. On our next scheduled meeting with the ps, we were to discuss future fixes, nipples,I wanted some loosing to my abdomen, where I was so tight, I was miserable.  
My appointment was like a kick in the stomach to my husband and I. I have lumpy breasts, from dying tissue. lumps on my chest.
At my appointment, my PS said he would not touch it again. no nipples no relief from my very tight abdomen, he was done. I dont have him to ask questions to.  I went to OHSU 2 repaired a
