by mags568, Oct 26, 2007 12:51PM
Hi ,
Since the past 3 days I noticed  a very sharp pain in my left breast. Once I taek out my bra the pain seems to be throbbing. This morning I hugged my b/f and  felt the pain again.... I also bumped my lef again the wall and hit my breat against it and felt the shooting pain  again. I have a history in my family of breast cancer. My mom, grandma( died  of it) and my aunt. Since I do not have the finances to get insurance for my self  at this time of my  life. I felt this is the only way I could get to some help. Thanks . MD

Hi, I'm 21 years old, and I've had the same chest pain on the left side since last spring. There were many times I went to the Doctor, and every time they told me I had torn something in my chest wall; that can be from coughing to hard, etc. It can get inflammed and you will have sharp pains.
Is it in one spot? And when you push on it, it hurts more?
Take tylenol for your pain, and do not lift anything over 15 pounds for at least 2 weeks, that's what they told me, and the pain stopped!
