Should I be worried ?

I've had this spot / lump under my nipple for about 2 to 3 months now. I hadn't really thought anything of it but just recantly it's just got to me. Also my nipple in the middle of them they have gone like a whiteish colour which they haven't done before. I've had the same symptoms my auntie had, feeling sick all the time, constipation and being really tired. Should I go to the doctors to get it check out and should I be stressing this much?

Hi,
Well, anytime we find a lump in our breast we should definitely worry.
I advise you to schedule an appointment with your physician and get yourself evaluated clinically since this lump has been there for over 3 months. This could be a cyst or a fibroadenoma,(both benign lumps) but as you know, guessing about what this lump could be,isn't good enough. An Ultrasound test would be most valuable to find out if this growth under you nipple is a cyst (Fluid filled sac) or a fibroadenoma which is a solid lump.
Call your Doctor to make an appointment the sooner the better okay?
Take care…
