Side Effect after Radiation

My mother recieved radiation treatment for her breast cancer in 2006, she is now haveing problems that her doctor claims to be the aftereffects of radiation. I was simply wondering if maybe I could recieve a sort of second opinion on the matter. Here is a list of what she is expericing:
Neck is tight
Dizzieness when leaning over or looking
  Her vision is  blurry from the  back of her eyes to the front
Falls without knowing whats happening no forwarning.
Always tired and wobbly.
Every thing seem to be worse when she gets tired.

So if anyone knows anything we can do to help these problems please let us know. She has a 16 month old grandson who loves to play with granny and she can not even handle being around him now. So please any advice would be great, and are these normal side effects for breast cancer patients.

Dear Tabatha, Over the internet without ability to assess and evaluate including review of any testing, and physical examination it is impossible to advise.   It would be best that your mother was seen by a physician in person who could evaluate and advise based on all of the information.   Making an appointment with either an internist or oncologist to evaluate her symptoms would be a start.  When she see's the new doctor be sure to have available the information from her prior therapies as well as any testing done to date that has been done to evalutate these symptoms.
