Side effects after Transflap

It has been 7 years since my masectomy and transflap surgury.  Over the last several months I have been experiencing pain and severe burning sensations around the breast, under my arm and in my back.  Although I knew there would be discomfort, this pain and burning is different.  the breast also feels enlarged from time to time.  Do you know what these symptoms indicate or have others exerienced this?
