Skin Peeling off Nipple (Paget's)?

I am only 21 and suspecting Pagets. Thanks in advance. So a couple weeks back, I took a shower and noticed something irritating me. When I lifted my shirt there was a small piece of skin that was protruding out from my right nipple. I left it there until it fell off. The tip of that piece of tiny skin turned black (dead skin i suppose). After that my nipple seemed cracked (due to the missing piece of skin). From then on, I notice that my nipple peels after I take a shower and try and 'rub' it. I dont know about when I'm not in the shower but sometimes it seems it peels or 'flakes' a little. I noticed a couple days later that my left nipple started to peel as well.. but it hasnt since. My right nipple seems to be red in color than my left. Maybe because I'm paranoid about it too much that I itch it? It started to get a little itchy these past couple days, but i may be psyching myself out. As for having rashes on the nipple/crusting/thickening skin, how would I know if there was a rash or ezcema (eczema) on it? My nipple is red. Red where that cracked piece of skin fell of.... There was also a piece of skin off of my areola that i found today. Please help! Thank you!

Hi there.
This rare type of cancer usually occurs in older women (Around 50yrs and over)
I don't believe that you have this rare disease,because of your young age and because a high percentage cases of Paget's disease have an underlying breast cancer issue in the first place.However I have added a thread that deals with this condition that you might find informative.

As "ducky406" has suggested,please go see a dermatologist for treating your problem which I think is most probably a skin issue.
