Slight bleeding from nipple

So I'm 17 and my right nipple is slightly bleeding... like a drop or two every now and then. Could this be related to anything else besides breast cancer? I feel no pain or bumps whatsoever and find it hard to exactly find where it is bleeding from. It is the holidays so maybe it is related to what I eat? My new years resolution is to stop smoking... so pleease let me know what could some causes be or if I have to seek immediate medical help.

Bleeding from only one nipple is not a normal and you need to have this discharge checked out to see what's causing it and from where it's coming from.
There are several possible causes of this bleeding such as a papilloma, irritation, infection, etc...Cancer at your age is rarely the cause of bloody discharge.
I don't think that food could be causing the bleeding,but I am glad that you have decided to stop smoking...this is a very good thing!
