Small Spots

i am 17 next month and recently started to get small spots or you could say small lumps on my nipple, they arent sore or anything..they are more visable when i have a bath.
i also get white stuff on the end of my nipple, i wouldnt say it was discharge because its small and hard when you get it off!
i am really worried and was wondering if you could help

This could be due to pubertal changes or secondary breast development - you need not panic. Are these symptoms related to your menstrual cycle?

You could still get a clinical evaluation done by your doctor to clear out any doubts that you have.

i think im going to go to the doctors as soon as i can just to make sure everything is ok thankyou
