Small white pimple on right side of nipple

I have had a small white pimple on the right side of my areola for about 6 weeks. I noticed it after i had done some tanning sessions. I probably should not have squeezed it but I did, all that comes out of it is something like a normal pimple would...white, consistancy of waxy mashed potato.
I'm 44 no children and on birth control. I did go see a doctor and he had no clue either. Would you have any insight?

Skin problems that occur on other parts of the body can happen on the breast as well. Most infections and skin irritations on the nipple or areola are benign (non-cancerous). .
The nipples and areolas contain glands and similar structures just like the skin of the face.If the pores get clogged and secretions accumulate, this can become infected and manifest as pimple like growth.
Usually these type of pimple go away on it's own, but if it persists or becomes painful and you notice redness or swelling,it is wise to get this white little lump checked out by a physician or better a dermatologist to get a correct diagnosis.You might be needing an antibiotic to clear that up
