So scared have four children youngest 12 weeks

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me found a lump in my breast turned out ok.  But they found another smaller mass that I could not feel.  Had an ultrasound a couple of days ago here is the result have seen the my GP but he was of little help for me to understand the results....... At the 1 o'clock position of the right breast 4 cms from the nipple there is a small focal mass that appears to be related to a fatty lobule.  It is slightly more hypoechoic than the surrounding fatty tissue in the breast and measures approximately 5-6mm in diameter.  There is some acoustic shadowing in association with the mass.  Suggest further evalutation of the mixed hypoechoic/hyperechoic lesion with shadowing.  Does this sound like I definately have cancer??  I have four kids 15,12,4 and a twelve week old baby.  My hubby is supportive but I cant eat and am sick with worry for my children.  Can anyone help me please I go for a mammogram in three days time...thanks Lorrae
