Sore, swollen breast

Hello,

I am not thinking it is cancer but just curious. My breast are always sore, I am on the IUD, so I have no period but I did spot weirdly in January a couple of times. My breast are usually sore on both and under arm pit. When I take my bra off at night they feel so heavy, I have to hold them for a few seconds cause they hurt. I have had some pelvic pain but not consistant. I scheduled an appt but the dr was sick so it is next week.

Is this normal hormones? I am 35,
