Hi again,
I guess that because you are a very young man the probability of cancer would be quite rare...but you really have to show this lump to a Physician, because ONLY him/her,after examining you, would assure you and put your mind at ease.
I wish I could have helped you more and tell you that all is fine, but l hope you'll understand that we cannot know for sure, over the internet what this lump could be .We are not Doctors but cancer survivors and even if we were,we would have still advised you to seek medical attention.
Please call your doctor, you won't regret it.
Best wishes...

Hi,
The best advice that I could give you is to show this little lump to your family doctor.
This could be many things and it's really hard to tell without examination.Since you have  this lump for many years ,I don't think that it's anything serious, but still, it's an abnormality and the doctor could treat it successfully and assure you that everything is fine....
Please see your Doctor so you can stop worrying about it okay?
Take care now....
