Spots and dimpling

For the last number of years I have had spots filled with what looks like a milky fluid and water filler blisters on my breasts.  There is no discharge from my nipples, however there are a number of spots on the areola.  Sometimes I can scratch these water filled blisters away as such but if I squeeze the spots a milky substance comes out followed by blood.  The spots are raised - not significantly but enough - and sometimes have a brown head.  I have said this to my doctor on a number of occasions and she diagnosed gallactorhea but there was no treatment given.  I am in my early thirties and have breastfed once and at this stage my breats are pitted and dimpled.  I hope to have a breast augmentation as my breasts became very saggy and extremely stretchmarked after breastfeeding for over a year but I wonder is this the reason why I get these spots.  I can't look at my breasts now and it has had a severe impact on my relationships and confidence.  

So I suppose I am looking for an answer as to what this is, can it be cured, is there any point in me considering surgery as the 'spots' will continue and has anyone else ever suffered from 'this'?

If you are considering breast augmentation, then it is important foremost to establish the nature of these spots.  From what you have described, these could be superficial infections due to fungus, virus, or bacteria that needs to be treated accordingly.  Sometimes, a skin biopsy is needed to ascertain the underlying cause of these spots.  I suggest that you discuss first with your doctor regarding these possibilities, and probably consider augmentation if the nature of these spots can be confirmed.
