Support groups

Is there anyone who know of any support groups in the Dallas area?
My mom has breast cancer that's spread to her eye bones and lungs.
She does not like staying home by herself while I'm at work.

Does she have a computer?  There are several online metastatic breast cancer support groups that I know of.  One is at: http://forums.delphiforums.com/breastmets/start  and the other is at WebMD but I forgot the link.  These can be really helpful when she can't get out or she is alone.

Dear madashell, You might want to try contact a social worker at the hospital where your mother is being treated.  They would be able to help you to explore what might be available in your area not only support group wise but also in terms of home care/other services.
