Swollen nipple

I am a 19 year old male. Fairly fit. I recently noticed a lump beside my right nipple. The lump is about the size of a pea. I've had it for 3 days now. The first day I noticed it I was able to squeeze some clear liquid out. Now it is even more painful than before.

Dear live87, Over the internet without ability to examine and evaluate it is impossible to say for sure what this is.  The skin on the breast is like skin on other areas of the body subject to a wide variety of skin conditions.  If this lump continues to grow and continues to cause you discomfort it is best to have it checked.
