Symptons of breast cancer?

I have been having a pain in my right breast and upper right back for a about a week, and I was wondering if this could be cancer. Cancer seems to run in my family. My father had cancer of the lymphnodes and sinus glands and had a kidney removed because of cancer and my half sister just finished treatments for ovarian cancer. Other weird health things I have noticed is a rash beneath  both arms and tender spots on my breast. I get random shots of pain going through my breast to my back that stop me in my tracks. A couple weeks ago I had pain in my back to the point I couldn't sit without having something to lean against. I thought I pulled a muscle, but the pain is still here, just not as bad. I read up on some symptoms of breast cancer: I have not experienced a loss of appeitite, I am trying to lose weight so I haven't noticed anything unusual there. I have a small lump, not sure if it is actually a lump or natural part of my breast since my breasts are uneven in size, and always have been.  I plan on making a doctors appt on Monday, but I just wanted to have some opinions. Should I be worried? Btw, I am 22- Female, mother 2006- didn't breast feed. Last exam, three years ago. Anemic. Menstral cyles come and go, not even. I do know that I am not pregnent, haven't been sexually active for years now. Don't know if that helps.

Hi,
From what you describe, the pain you are experiencing( in my opinion),sounds more like a pulled muscle rather than a breast problem. If you are right handed, try not to overuse that arm for a while, to give the muscle a chance to heal.Applying a warm pad on your back can help in the healing process.
If it's not a pulled muscle, pain in the breast is almost never indicative of breast cancer.
Mastalgia (breast pain) is the most common breast-related complaint in women and most of these complaints are cyclic in nature.(Hormonal fluctuation)Analgesics and supportive bras may be helpful to minimize the pain. Some women may find relief by using oil of primrose (3 grams a day). Elimination of caffeine, chocolate or salt from the diet can also be helpful.
At your  young age it's normal to have lumpy breasts and if you feel that you have a lump, that wasn't there before,it's very wise of you to see your doctor for a clinical breast exam. The lump(if it's really a lump) could be a cyst or a fibroadenoma(both benign) which could also cause you pain.An Ultrasound would be valuable to find out if a lump is a cyst or a solid one.
Take care and best wishes...
