These aches and pains you describe are indeed side effects of the drug Tamoxifen. You will no doubt experience these symptoms as long as you are on the drug. The Neurontin would have been to lessen the pain but obviously isn't doing the job for you. I would ask one of your Dr.s if he/she could suggest another drug to help with the joint pain. You might even try some over the counter pain medication --- with the Dr.s permission of course. When the drug is stopped these symptoms will stop also. Regards ....
