Tamoxifen

After 2 years I stopped taking Tamoxifen because I could not deal with the side effects anymore. Has anyone else stopped Hormone Therapy?. I have been off for 6 months. Tried other drugs like arimdex it was worse. My doctor is unhappy with my decision.

I'm quite certain that a number of women have stopped the drugs you mention .... in fact some even refuse to start them. Although they are of great benefit in preventing a recurrence the side effects must be weighed against the benefits. It's a personal decision that we all have the right to make; whether it's a wise one or not is impossible to say.  Regards ...
