Teenager with a large breast lump

I have a large lump in my right breast (about the size of a grape ball, or a little bigger) the lump is right on the edge of my breast near my armpit. It hurts and is very annoying there is nothing like this in my other breast. I am 14 (almost 15) and have never had anything like this before, though I have been having some other medical issues recently. I have somewhat larger breasts (32 D) and they have not grown in the last year. I am just worried and it's not top priority or anything so ...Thanks
