ok i'll try my best to cut back on some of the caffine in take, the chocolate. sheesh pretty soon i'll living like some sort of monk of the month or nun of the day....thank you...surferkei
Eliminating caffeine from the diet does not help in all cases, but to give it a fair trial to see if it does work for you, your should avoid all sources of caffeine--coffeee, chocolate, colas, soft drinks that contain caffeine even though they are not colas, such as Mt. Dew, etc.. (If you currently consume a lot of caffeine, reduce your intake gradually, or you will get a monster headache and feel tired and listless!)
Most doctors and nutritionists encourage adequate daily consumption of liquids to avoid dehydration, but it does not all have to be water. Other liquids can fill part of the requirement, and some foods contain a good deal of water as well. You don't really need 64 oz. of water, and certainly not more (unless this has been prescribed by your physician for a specific medical condition). Some people consume too much water, which can flush important nutrients out of their bodies, and can even disrupt their electrolyte balance to a dangerous degree.

ok then the next question is how much caffine is just to much? & if i drink a half gallon of water daily how much more water should i be actually be drinking? 8 oz's with 8 cups isn't enough then what is?
As a rule these titanium chips don't cause any problems. It is something small enough to pass thru a needle which is the way it is inserted. They are left in place for future studies so that the area of the biopsy isn't confused with a new finding. The cysts you speak of can certainly cause considerable discomfort and need not be related to the chip. There are recommendations to reduce the size or incidence of cysts such as eliminating the consumption of caffeine. The cysts could also be drained which might help is they are what is causing the pain. Since you had a breast biopsy you evidently have see a Breast Specialist but if you aren't confident in his/her opinion then by all means find another Specialist for a second. Regards ....
