The use of Tykerb

Have any of you had Tykerb for  chemo following your dx of BC? I am wondering about results, side affects.  They are using it along with Topotecan for my daughters recur of OVCA. Have read all about it, but feel better asking those of you that have actually had it. She will be getting it orally, 2500mg daily. In the genetic testing she did not have the BRAC gene.
