Tingly nerves from axillary lymph node removal

I had my axillary lymph node dissection almost two weeks ago.  The nerves on the underside of my arm from halfway to the elbow on the underarm are very tingly.  What will happen to this area as I heal?

In time this may lessen but it probably won't be soon and it may not go away completely. Nerves are damaged or cut during these procedures and this can't be avoided. There may be some numbness also but whatever remains you will become accustomed to it in time. I no longer have the tingly feeling but some numbness remains. As far as time is concerned, I'm talking about months or even a year.  Kindest regards ...
