Tram Flap Surgery

Had tram flap surgery after profolactic bilateral masectomies in July 2006 - developed MRSA ruined tram flap - been doing fat grafting since the original surgery - still not done - having another grafting soon - brought to committee, and they suggested implants - since I didn't want them in the first place, I am reluctant to do that - have had at least 4 graftings and it doesn't seem to be working to me - any suggestions?
