Treatment after Chemotherapy

My was diagnosed Breast cancer and renal carcinoma. After breast surgery including reconstruction of the breast and Radical Nephrectomy of the left Kidney, she is undergoing Chemotherapy at a hospital in New Delhi, India. Details of the case are given in the attatchment .
I shall request you to kindly advise me further corse oftreatment.

Hi there.

This is really rather an unusual situation in which there are two primary cancers concurrently in one body.  The chemotherapy sessions, I believe is to address the breast cancer, but I'm not sure if this will have any significant effect on the renal cell cancer since there are no proven effective adjuvant treatment for renal cell cancer, and Immunotherapy with interferon has very limited benefits.

After the chemotherapy, the proper course of action is to undergo surveillance monitoring CT scans of the abdomen and lungs periodically (every 3-6 months) so that any recurrence of the renal tumor (which is more likely compared to the breast cancer) can be detected as early as possible.
