I too have had "triple negative" breast cancer, although no doctor I visited with ever referred to it by name.  I only found the term in my reading and talking with a friend who was also diagnosed that way.  I am looking forward to hearing from you and seeing other responses to this.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Dear Phoenix10:  There are a number of possible chemotherapy drugs that may be considered in a situation of triple negative carcinoma – there is not a definite right or wrong answer.  The decision of whether chemotherapy is recommended and what drugs would be based on many factors about the cancer itself as well as the opinion of the oncologist.  Your oncologist will be best equipped to answer this in the context of your situation.
