Ultrasound evaluation

I just had my breast ultrasound and mammogram yesterday.  
The impression for breast ultrasounds states: "Bilateral and cystic breast nodules, as described.
For the mammogram, assessment states:  " Round and linear calcification, Right; Cluster of microcalcification, right;  bi-rads category 0-needs additional evaluation.  Recommendation:  Sonomammography, Compression-magnification views, right.
What does it mean?

The Ultrasound indicates that cysts are present BUT there is also the issue of Microcalcifications and the recommended additional Mammography films. You will have a complete answer when these additional views are taken and the reports are available. The Ultrasound evidently revealed much the same as the initial Mammogram study. Keep us posted when you receive the report from the Compression/Magnification views.   Regards ..
