Ultrasound results?

I had my first mammogram done today and a spot was found on my right breast, so I was sent to have an ultrasound done, the technician couldn't see anything so called the doctor in to have a look and he also couldn't find anything, he wants me to see a surgeon next week to have this lump removed, he thinks its a fibroadenoma. Should I get a second opinion, or see the surgeon?

Dear Worry:  You should see a breast surgeon.  He/she can have the mammogram re-read and determine if additional testing needs to be done.
