Understanding DCIS Pathology Diagnosis

I had a DCIS mass removed from my left breast. I have included the pathology diagnosis. Can you give me your opinion of the final diagnosis and what you would do for further treatment.  I've been told that I do not have invasive breast cancer.
Final Diagnosis:  DCIS, high grade, with focal features of apocrine carcinoma. Multiple foci in 14 of 79 tissue blocks, up to 1.2 cm in greatest dimension. Extensive involvement of ductulo-lobular units. DCIS is present at several margins. No invasion is seen on multiple sections and stains for myoepithelial cells (actin, S-100 protein) Changes consistent with previous biopsy site. Status post core biopsy for high grade DCIS. Rare microcalcifications in association with DCIS. Fibrocystic change, duct ectasia, aprocrine metaplasia, adenosis, and sclerosing adenosis in the remaining breast tissue. Gross Description: 9.0x5.0x1.5cm lobulated portion of fibrofatty breast tissue with two inserted wires which on sectioning reveals a moderate amount of dense tan-white to tan-pink fibrous breast tissue with focal hemmorrhage, focal cysts measuring up to 0.2cm in greatest dimension.

Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!

I was diagnosed with DCIS in June and have been doing a lot of research on it.  If you would like to share info, please write me at ***@****  I had intermediate to high grade and will start radiation treatments soon.  both my surgeon and oncologist agreed that radiation is necessary treatment.

Dear fooddiva, Since the margins are positive, additional surgery is likely to be recommended.  In some cases of aggressive DCIS radiation may be recommended if the surgery is limited to lumpectomy.
