Understanding Pathology Report

I have just undergone an excisional biopsie of a lump in my left breast, and although the pathology report came back normal, my doctor said the results would slightly increase my risk of breast cancer in the future. It said "...fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia surrounded by scattered small cystically dilated ducts containing proteinaceous debris..." I am 34 years old an mother to two little boys, and would like to get an idea of what the result means and what  kind of increase in risk we are talking about. Thanks heaps!
