Uterine Cancer

Have been struggling for over 6 mos. with irregular bleeding, cramps and bleeding after intercourse, severe leg pain, am currently on low estrogen birth control pills to alleviate heavy bleeding after last c-section 3 yrs. ago.  Have had sonogram (looked normal with some thickening of uterous), physical exam & smears taken-no infection, uterous feels "fixed".   Nurse Practioner called today, suggesting I seen Neurologist and Gastrologist.  Saw Gastrologist at beginning of year, normal colonoscopy and was placed on Hyoscyamine .3 75mg. for IBS.  Have had history of adhestions, ovarian cysts.  PAP smear done; have not received results and have GYN appointment again in two weeks.  What should I address with the doctor at this time.   Family history shows 1 female (maternal side) with Uterine/Cervical Cancer and another with Colon cancer. Thanks for any input you can give me; this has me concerned as I am normally very healthy and feel great.
