What are the chances of recurrence?

I know that every cancer is different, but I would like to know what the chances of a recurrence (in general) for the following:
er/pr-, Her2+++, 4.8 cm tumor, spread to lymph nodes, stage 2b.  Thanks.

Dear sltennis, Knowing the stage of cancer, the er/pr status, Her2 status all help in determining whether or not to give adjuvant treatment, what type of treatment is most appropriate.  If the adjuvant treatment is sucessful, and does what we hope it is to do (treat possible microscopic spread of cancer), the chances of recurrence are decreased.

Sorry, I think the response to this question is a non-answer. The person asked for the chances for recurrence and gave a very specific description of the degree of the cancer. To say "the chances of recurrence are decreased" by successful chemotherapy is stating the obvious. Put into percentages, decreased by how much?
