What do you guys think of my results from my ultrasound?

Findings: Targeted ultrasound was performed of the left breast in the area of the palpable concern. In the 9 o'clock position in the retroareolar breast, there is an irregular hypoechoic mass measuring 2.1 x 1.6 x 0.8 cm. Given its irregular shape, ultrasound guided biopsy is indicated.

This was the report sent to my email.  In person, the ultrasound nurse technician doing it told me it was a solid mass tumor.  That's all she said.
