What do you think it is?

Hi there. I'd try to be brief. I'm 26 now. 2 years ago had a 3cm fibroadenoma removed from my right breast. In april I felt a lump around 1 cm in the same breast but on the inner side of the breast, after pressing it around and rolling it (it feels exactly the same way as the one removed), a few days later I felt something like a very stretched oval next to it, but feels different, not that hard,more bumpy and it grew in the next month a bit bigger. Went to the doc that is a mammalogist and he said - 2 fibroadenomas and said that the second one had more epithelial than stroma this is why it feels so. Advised to watch them as I haven't given birth yet. This was april. Now august I felt a lump under my armpit-swollen lymph node and freaked out. One because I have read that when more epithelial bigger risk and second because lump under armpit always relate with that worst thing. I went at a mammalogist which they say is one of the best around here and he is an oncologist. But got extremely disappointed by him. He didn't pay any attention to me, it is like I was already checked by the previous doctor in april, so needed no investigation. He said it is fibroadenoma, and when I asked about the other one which I'm concerned he said - it feels like just a hardening (I don't know how to translate the word) he looked at me very fast on the ultra sound. I asked about the lymph node - said might came when I shaved as they gather dirt and when shave small wounds come in place but I haven't done this moreover it doesn't go away and is here now for more than two weeks since I noticed it (lymph node is around1 cm). I'd go and visit other doctors also, but until I can, can you give me some advice, I don't wanna go under surgery again and am very afraid what they gonna find. The second lump which concerns me gets a bit bumped and bigger a few days before menstruation and goes a bit less after it. Before the lumps appeared I had a few times in the month water boiled in a plastic bottle in the microwave which I read horror things about afterwards and finding the lumps. This are all my concerns and what I'm afraid of :(((((((

Hi,
I think from what you describe concerning the lumps in your breast,including the swollen lymph node,that it could very well be what your doctor has already told you, that you have benign fibroadenomas and axilla node swelling which have to be watched to see if there are any changes.There is really nothing more in your post, for us to suggest otherwise. Fibroadenomas usually tend to increase in size before your menstrual cycle and subside when it's over.Limiting your caffeine intake (Chocolate,coffee,colas) may be helpful
If you are disappointed with your doctor's diagnosis,I would advise you to consult a breast specialist for a second opinion and see if further evaluation is needed.
I don't think that boiling water in a plastic bottle has caused the lump,but I hope that you have stopped doing that as it's not a healthy thing to do.
