What is aBenign Phyllodes Tumor in a(child) young teen

My 13th year old biopsy just came back with a diagnosis of Benign Phyllodes Tumor.  can someone explain what i need to do because im very worry.

The first thing is to follow whatever recommendation has been made by the Breast Specialist. If your Daughter hasn't been seen by a Breast Specialist then I would say to make that #1 on your list. A benign Phyllodes tumor is usually treated by surgical removal but any decision about your Daughter's particular case should be discussed in detail with the Breast Specialist/Surgeon. The fact that her tumor is benign is of course very good news. Regards ..
