What is causing this pain

Have a burning heat sensation on side of left breast under my arm side of boob and nipple. What could it be?

These symptoms could be an indication of several things. You would be best served by making an appointment with you Dr. for an examination and any testing that he/she thinks appropriate to find the cause. Regards ....
