What is going on with me?

by habthriller, Mar 16, 2009 07:51PM
I was diagnosed with Fibrocystic breast disease on November 23rd 2008. Since then I have been getting a milky discharge, my nipple is crusted (been like that for almost a year). I have tender breast and a rash on the surrounding. I've had 2 mammogram's the past year and they both come up with "BI-RADS 2". Can this be worrisome or are they all symptoms to fibrocystic breast disease? I'm having a mammogram done late April.

Breast discharge can have several causes. Since you have been diagnosed with Fibrocystic Breast Condition I know that you do see your Dr. and that you have had mammograms. You should have brought up the subject of the discharge as well as the rash with your Dr. .... if you haven't then I suggest that you do this. The tenderness is certainly due to the cystic condition. It's impossible to be any more specific over the internet without examination ... please discuss these issues with your Dr.      Regards ...

The thing is that the discharge and rash came out right after I had my mammogram.. they appeared atleast a month ago.

If you haven't seen your Dr. about these additional symptoms then please do it before your next scheduled mammogram. I don't think I would have had these things going on for over a month without bringing it to the attention of my Dr. ....  These things could or could not be related to the cystic condition.  Please have it ck.d out to be sure, OK ???
