What is this?

I have a small lump near nipple area and just in the past week my nipple completely inverted. I have some discharge also? does anyone know what is going on? I do not currently have health insurance and do not want to have to see a physician if this is not something that cannot wait..thank you

Insurance or not you need to make an appointment with your Dr. .... you could go to a Breast Clinic if there is one in your area. These symptoms need to be attended to fairly soon so please make some arrangement for an examination and any further testing that may be appropriate. Regards ....
