Wife has Duct Adenocarcinoma, Grade II

My wife was diagnosed with Duct Adenocarcinoma, Grade II. Is this a common type of breast cancer?

Can you PLEASE explain what the results of the Breast Cancer Prognostic Study mean and what, if anything should be done?

I was diagnosed with infiltrating duct adenocarcinoma Grade II.  I underwent left breast biopsy/lumpectomy to remove left breast mass and left axillary contents. The 4 lymph nodes were free of tumor.  The surgeon's report says:

"Lesion of left breast, excision: Infiltrating moderate to poorly differentiated duct adenocarcinoma (1 x 0.7 CM). No lymph node involvement.

Breast Carcinoma Prognostic Study was performed showing: Estrogen Receptor: 0
Progesterone receptor: 2% positive, staining intensity 1+ Her2/Neu: 90% positive, staining intensity 3+
KI-67: 50% positive, staining intensity 3+
DNA Content Analysis:
Ploidy: Diploid
DNA Index: 1.0
Percent S-Phase: 10.1%
