sorry i have been feeling it since i noticed it... and it is attached to my nipple with a string and when i pull my breast up the lump pulls my nipple in. it does not hurt and feels more like a cluster now not as as smooth. not larger just different. maybe its all in my head... i have seen my dr and she sent me to a surgeon to see about getting it biopsied. waiting is hard, and i do not like the unknown.

Hi,
Breast cysts can be classified as either simple or complicated cyst.
Simple Cysts (fluid filled sacs) have virtually no chance of containing malignancy. They do not need to be aspirated unless they are causing discomfort and they do not need short-interval follow-up.Simple cysts do not turn into cancer.
However, complicated cysts are more concerning. They are also fluid filled sacs but contain some solid material (debris) .
Depending on their characteristic, usually complicated cysts are aspirated and have the cells examined to better evaluate the nature of the cyst and the majority will results in benign findings when biopsied..However if you are worried  because you have a family history of breast cancer, you can talk to your doctor about having this lesion removed..
I hope this helps...and I wish you all the best.
