ablation for breast tumor

Has in situ ablation for an early stage breast cancer proven to be an effective treatment?  If so, does it typically require follow up radiation treatments?  How do I go about finding a qualified physician for this procedure in South Florida?

Dear overyonder,  In situ ablation refers to different techniques such as radiofrequency ablation (an electrical current that heats the tumor cells to destroy them), laser therapy (also using heat to destroy tumor cells) and cryotherapy (which uses freezing temperatures to destroy tumor cells).  While radiofrequency ablation has been used successfully as local treatment of metastatic liver tumors, none of the above in situ ablation techniques have been approved as effective treatment for early stage breast cancer.   These treatments to date remain experimental in the treatment of early stage breast cancer.
