arterial wall cluster calcification in breast

I wrote that a cluster was found on my mammogram. I wanted to go into detail. I was told that it was in the arterial wall. What does that mean? I have the appointment with the surgeon. Has anyone else had a cluster in their arteries? If so, what was done?
