at risk?

I had 2 biopsies done on suspicious lumps in right breast.  Pathology report says complex fibroadenoma, intraductal papilloma with complex and florid apocrine ductal hyperplasia for one lump.  Other lump had adenosis/sclerosing adenosis, apocrine metaplasia, and cystic ductal dilatation.  I cannot get a straight answer from surgeon - am I at risk to continue on HRT? I have taken hormones for 9 and 1/2 years now because of total hysterectomy at age 40.  Are those lumps related at all to HRT or are they totally benign with no relationship to cancer, etc?  Can someone advise?

Dear grammy2:  HRT in breast cancer is very controversial.  Some physicians recommend against HRT in women who have been diagnosed with atypical hyperplasia.  Others would weigh risks and benefits.  Either way, you should probably be followed more closely with mammography (very 6 months, for example).  Hyperplasia is considered "pre-cancerous."  The other appears benign.  It would be difficult to know if these have any relationship to HRT.
