atypical ductal and lobular hyperplasia

my last MRI says "architectural distortion , two areas of early enhancement in rt breast one at 12 and th eother in medial inferior aspect. 100% medium initial rise with curved peak of 93% and inferior has enhancement composition of 99% medium initial risewith 1% rapid and delayed phas of 99% medium persistent...curve peak is 107%, morphology shows margines are
irregular  in both regions with nodular enhancement pattern.

I have had adh and alh in this breast, removed by excisional biopsy a few years ago...I am due for a magnification mammo in a couple of weeks..My mother died of breast cancer at 57 (dx at age 52)..

does this sound like I am heading toward breast cancer?

Dear nanik:  MRIs are not standard between institutions.  Without reviewing your MRI, there is no way to answer your question. We recommend that you discuss these findings with the physician who ordered these studies for you.
