axillary lump

Sir/Ma'am,
I m a Surgeon practicing in India. I see a lot of cases of soft lipoma like hanging tissue in axilla, esp. in young girls & pregnants. All are FNAC & Mammography/ US negative. They seem as if hypertophied breast tissue. Is my inference correct?
Thanks

This discussion is related to soft lump in axilla; no breast lump.

May I suggest that you post your question on the "Expert" Forum where the Cleveland Clinic Dr.s answer questions. There is a daily limit so it may take several tries before you are able to post there. You may have a better chance if you try at different times each day.  (What you describe sounds like simple lipoma to me)  Thank you ..................
