Hi,
Calcifications that grow in a cluster are suspicious, therefore it is standard procedure in most cases to biopsy the area because it's the only way to determine if cancer is present.
A family history of breast cancer doesn't mean that you will also have the same disease.but of course having regular breast exams and tests, when required, is highly recommended.
Keep in mind that very often biopsies done on clustered calcifications with a BIRADS score 4 return a benign finding, but if unfortunately it does not, then the cancer would be at a very early stage and very curable.
I hope that everything turns out just fine for you.
Best wishes and good luck!...
