To add to zouzi's comment; these special views are not at all unusual. They are often called magnification views or compression views. They are just views that are concentrated on one particular area as well as from different angles. At times something seen on screening mammogram will disappear on compression views. Ultrasound is also often used in conjunction with mammogram to give a better idea of what is seen by regular screening mammogram. Regards ...
